Therefore, the objective of this privacy policy is to inform what type of information is collected and how it is used, stored, and disclosed, so that users can freely decide whether or not to share their information.

N&P may review, modify, add, or remove provisions of this privacy policy at any time. Should this occur, it will be notified on the same website. User Registration and Personal Data Protection

The acceptance of these conditions by the user shall be a necessary requirement for the acquisition of products and services offered by N&P. The terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy shall be deemed known and accepted by the fact of their express acceptance through the expression of will by “clicking” on the respective box.

The registration of each user will be verified by completing and signing the forms published at www.nyp.com.pe and through their subsequent submission, which is done automatically by “clicking” on the respective element. The user who chooses to sign the form will be authorizing, in a free, prior, unequivocal, and express manner, the processing of their personal data in N&P’s personal data bank. These will be used for advertising, promotional, communication, and information purposes regarding products, to answer inquiries about products, send invitations to activities organized by N&P, surveys, browsing history, history of habits and consumption preferences, for statistical purposes, and future purchases made through this marketing channel. Likewise, the user accepts that the personal data provided may be transferred to subsidiary companies and/or those linked to the same economic group, whether these companies are incorporated in Peru or abroad.

N&P is the owner of the personal data bank in which all personal data provided in the forms available on the site www.nyp.com.pe will be collected. It will not transfer, under any modality and to any company for which the user has not given consent, personal data of said users registered on this site. The information received is stored on our servers and will be handled in an absolutely confidential manner and in accordance with the provisions of current legislation in Peru.

The user may exercise the rights of revocation recognized in Law 29733 – Personal Data Protection Law, against N&P. To this end, there is a link on the site www.nyp.com.pe so that they can update their preferences and/or unsubscribe in order to stop receiving further communications from N&P.

If the user does not wish to receive advertising, promotions, invitations to activities, and surveys, in accordance with the preceding paragraph, they can update their preferences and/or unsubscribe in order to stop receiving further communications from N&P. In the event that the user does not register personal data on the N&P website, it will not be an impediment to acquiring the company’s products, as the registration and processing of personal data are not necessary to finalize any contractual relationships that may take place through this marketing channel.
